New ARK Clinical Scenarios

The input we have had from stakeholders over the summer has now been incorporated into new scenarios.

With many thanks to everyone who responded we now have thirteen new scenarios covering acute medicine, surgery, inpatients and frailty situations.

Further suggestions to improve these scenarios would be very welcome

Also any specific suggestions for additional scenarios would be very welcome especially in relation to intensive care, frailty and surgery.
