User Stories and Process Maps

New User Stories and Process Maps now available to help EPMA suppliers implement key capabilities needed to support the ARK decision aid

To support suppliers implement key capabilities needed to support the ARK decision aid in their EPMA systems we have worked with colleagues at NHS England to generate User Stories and Process Maps.

We are now reviewing these at system-supplier workshops during Feb and March 2026.
